Boarding
Call 224-213-0967 to book an appointment for a drop off date. Upon dropping your dog off, paperwork must be completed. Before you come in, a copy of the following veterinary records is required:
- Proof of Rabies Vaccine or Exemption
- Proof of Distemper Vaccine or Exemption
- Negative Fecal Test
- Any Current Medication
