Call 224-213-0967 to book an appointment for a drop off date. Upon dropping your dog off, paperwork must be completed. Before you come in, a copy of the following veterinary records is required: 

  • Rabies
  • Parvo
  • Bordetella
  • Distemper
  • Any Current Medication


Do not purchase the lifetime training program online if:

  • The above requirements cannot be met
  • The dog comes in with poor health
  • The dog poses a threat to people and other dogs 

Under these circumstances, the dog may be scheduled for lifetime training after an evaluation.
